Audio/video editing rooms

Step-by-step guides for using the hardware and software available in the A/V editing rooms in the Nanaimo Campus Library.

Creating an Adobe ID

You can create a free Adobe ID to access Adobe Creative Cloud software and services using certain VIU computers, including the Library A/V editing rooms and Media Workstations. An Adobe ID is not necessary to open and read PDF files, but is required to access paid Adobe products like Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.

When you create an Adobe ID you are agreeing to the Adobe General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please ensure you review these documents before creating an account.

Go to the Adobe Account page and click on Create an Account.
