Placing materials on Reserve

Faculty may place print materials on Reserve, which may belong either to faculty or to the Library. Complete an online Reserve Request form here.

Photocopies must comply with the Copyright Act. Please see information about distributing a short excerpt under the Fair Dealing exception in the Copyright Act in the Copyright Office's Instructor Guide or contact copyright@viu.ca for support.

Online Resources

Faculty can provide online access to required or recommended course readings from websites by creating stable links to online articles and other licensed Library resources.
