This page offers information about a range of services available to faculty through the library.
Course reserves are required or supplementary materials that instructors make available for short term loan through the library. Reserves can be materials from the library collection or belong to faculty. Please allow up to one week for processing. If the course reserve is not from the library, please either drop it off at the Library Service Desk during open hours or send it through intercampus mail to begin processing.

We offer research data management infrastructure in the context of VIU's Research Data Management Stategy.
The purpose of the RDM Strategy is to ensure that research data are preserved, kept secure and made accessible as appropriate, valuing and further enriching the work done by VIU researchers.
This strategy fulfills the first requirement of the Tri-Agency Research Data Management Policy and articulates VIU’s commitment to RDM and to data management best practices at the institutional level.
