• Library hours: Our facilities are open.
• Print loans: Available by mail or in-person.
• Student printing: Add funds to your PaperCut print account online or buy a pre-paid print card at the Campus Store.
• Interlibrary loans: Full interlibrary loans services available.
• Study rooms are available for group and individual use.
• VIU ID cards: Submit your photo through your student record and pick up in person within 2 business days.
• Book returns: Interior book drop in Commons and exterior book drop across from Starbucks are open.
• Laptops and other equipment: Available for 7-day loans. 
• Electronic collections (ejournals, ebooks, databases and more): Available 24/7/365 through our catalogue.
• Course reserves: Available.
• Special Collections access: Contact us for information.
